adequate but flawed
convenient locationsmall roomcramped bathroom
the location proved convenient for getting around the area no complaints there
the room was small and rather stuffy the window didn't open properly making it difficult to get fresh air the bathroom was equally cramped with barely enough space to move around i also found the noise from the street noticeable especially at night it disrupted my sleep somewhat

mediocre stay with issues
non-functioning remotelow shower pressure
The tv remote didn't work , and i couldn't get anyone to fix it. also , the shower pressure was really low , so it was hard to wash properly. the wi-fi was spotty. It kept disconnecting. it made working remotely a real pain and honestly ruined some of my evening entertainment. i feel like these are pretty basic things that should just work , but they didn't.

The location was okay.
The windows had BROKEN catches. Makeshift catches were used. It was a windy day, and cold wind came through. I had to shut the curtains. I put towels on the windowsill to stop the curtains from blowing. Even with the heater on, it was FREEZING!!!

i had a spacious double room. this room offered GREAT facilities, like a coffee machine and complimentary toiletries. parking at the front was convenient. the sea view. breakfast was hot, tasty and the dining room was super clean.
the wi-fi signal was a little weak.

the owners were really friendly and helpful. i was able to check in earlier, useful. the room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay, like tea and coffee facilities (and fresh milk daily!).
The stairs were quite steep. I had to take my time going up and down.

the hotel was easy to find and the location was ideal for walking to the south pier. the rooms are a good size and they are clean. i also appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning.
the windows had broken catches, so there was cold wind coming through on a windy night. i had to use towels to block the windowsill.
